深夜福利站 Science Chemistry 4491 Students Attend SOUSCC Conference

The 53rd Southern Ontario Undergraduate Student Chemistry Conference (SOUSCC) took place at Guelph University on March 29. This all-day conference, which started at 深夜福利站 in 1973, brings together chemistry students from around the province to present the results of their experiential final year research projects.
Prof. Jamie No毛l receives a Faculty of Science Distinguished Research Professorship

Prof. No毛l leads a large research group working on corrosion issues related to the safe, permanent disposal of used nuclear fuel in a deep geologic repository. This Distinguished Research Professorship will allow him to focus on the recent $5M NRCan "SAFE-T" project that will help ensure the safe management of the new type of nuclear fuel that will power small modular reactors (SMRs) and to work on some upcoming research opportunities.
