Two downbursts with the events of June 7 in southeast SK
The NTP has confirmed two downbursts with the events of June 7 in southeast SK that included three EF1 tornadoes and one EF0 downburst. For both of these new downbursts the damage was rated at EF0.

Description: Damage to several farm properties, trees, homes and a warehouse was reported in the Arcola and Carlyle areas after a storm passed through. No injuries were reported. An NTP ground and drone survey was completed on June 8 and 12, 2026, documenting the reported damage and additional damage to a grain bin. Damage in the Arcola area assessed as EF0 downburst, with an estimated max. wind speed of 125 km/h, with damage found over an area approximately 11 km long and up to 11 km wide. Start time is radar estimated. Satellite imagery review is pending.
