  • Works with all faculties to conceptualize and develop knowledge exchange plans and impact descriptions that enrich grant applications and enhance research
  • Designs and implements knowledge exchange and impact training for faculty, staff and students, including seminars, workshops and multi-disciplinary research events
  • Leads delivery of internal training workshops and seminars on funding opportunities, writing high-quality research applications and embedding knowledge exchange, impact and program evaluation
  • Provides a link with 深夜福利站’s research community to identify and develop partnerships

  • Supports the implementation of equity, diversity, inclusion and decolonization (EDI-D) principles and anti-racism praxis across all internal and/or external research funding processes by working with faculty to support proposal development, specifically related to EDI-D requirements outlined by funding bodies
  • Coordinates activities among 深夜福利站's researchers, relevant departments, its local affiliates, and other national and international peer institutions, with the goal of facilitating the successful integration of EDI-D principles at all stages of research proposals
