Room bookings in the John Labatt Visual Arts Centre (VAC) are available for Visual Arts faculty, staff, and students only.

To book other spaces on campus please contact room reservations:  

 

To book a room in the John Labatt Visual Arts Cente (VAC):

  1. Check room availability using the Room Schedules links below
  2. Email the Program Assistant at visarts@uwo.ca and include the following information in your request:
The room number you would like to reserve
The date(s) you would like to reserve the room
The times you would like to reserve the room
