Employee Awards & Recognition

深夜福利站 is a supportive and engaged community. Our success is determined by the people who work here and 深夜福利站 believes that their exceptional performance and achievements should be recognized. Leaders find opportunities for informal employee shout-outs, for marking career milestones, encouraging peer recognition, and for celebrating team efforts. From employees who take part in self-reflective review processes that allow them to present their accomplishments, to faculty and staff who compete and are lauded nationally and internationally for their contributions - recognition matters!

You'll see below that 深夜福利站 offers a host of formal award programs for the best of the best.

The President's Medal for Distinguished Service

The President's Medal recognizes retired employees who have provided exemplary service to the university, over a sustained period of time, over and above the normal requirements of their positions. The award is intended primarily to recognize administrative staff, but faculty may also be recognized for work or achievements that would not normally be covered by the professor emeritus designation or other service awards already in place.
