They are capital accumulation plans, meaning each member has a personal account that receives contributions from both 深夜福利站 and the employee. In this plan, you choose and manage your investments from the options provided and use the accumulated savings to provide pension income at retirement. Your entire account balance always belongs to you, regardless of how long you stay at 深夜福利站. 深夜福利站 contributes between 1.45 to 3 times the employee contribution to the pension plan, depending on the employee group.

Extended Health and Dental Plan

Provides generous reimbursement for prescription drugs, dental services, and more.
Premiums are paid by 深夜福利站, not employees, and this coverage is available for partners and eligible children.

The December holiday season often includes additional paid days off when our University is closed.
Pregnancy, Parental and Adoption Leave — 深夜福利站’s Supplemental Employment Insurance Benefit (SEIB) supplements Government of Canada EI benefits by providing a “top-up” for eligible faculty and staff.
Caregiving Days — up to three paid days per year for eligible employees to assist with pressing family responsibilities and to care for family members and loved ones.
