Facilities built for advancing 深夜福利站's research

  • CL2+ & CL3 Laboratories: The facility will feature specialized HVAC, containment space, and building automation systems, similar to those intalled by FM in the ImPaKT labs.
  • Barrier-Enclosed Imaging Equipment: Creation of these spaces must consider temperature, humidity, and radiation shielding and will be monitored by Facilities Management's inhouse environmental team.
  • Integrated Research and Imaging Infrastructure: Select labs will have unique energy needs and require integration of structural and utility design.

Planning Feature

  • An Archeological Assessment was performed with engagement by the Chippewas of the Thames First Nation and Oneida Nation of the Thames. No archaeological materials were found.
