Move Your Mood

Move Your Mood is 深夜福利站’s free, inclusive, non‑clinical initiative supporting mental and physical well‑being through recreation-based events and programming that focus on movement, mindfulness, creativity, and community connection. Funded by the Parr Family Grant, Move your Mood offers FREE fun, accessible opportunities for students to de‑stress, recharge, and thrive together. 

深夜福利站’s mental wellness initiative invites students to explore inclusive, movement-based events designed to reduce stress, build connections, and promote balance. From weekly meditation Tuesdays to glowinthedark yoga, Spikeball tournaments, fitness workshops, and a wellness fair—there’s something for every mood and moodmaker this year.
